The best refund policy you can have is the simplest one:
- Thanks for purchasing our products at Discount Lasers, not only do we have the lowest prices, we have the best return policy
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
- You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchase it.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
- If and once approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
- If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days from purchase have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email support@discountlasers.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Upgrade
- After 30 days and before 18 months from purchase, if you want to upgrade your machine, we will offer you an 80% value towards any Discount Laser product upgrade.
