How do I start a return?

To initiate a return please contact or email our customer service team.Returns will be accepted up to 7 days after delivery.Contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process. BLA adheres to a strict no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.

We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund.The returned Item must be in its original packaging.Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

Once approved, the funds will be returned to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.For rural/exceptional locations a shipment fee will deducted.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the item has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.

Our Customer Care team will help facilitate any changes before the order enters the packaging or shipping queue.

When will I receive my order?

Once your purchase has been completed and payment has been received a standard processing time of up to 10 business days is required before the order is shipped, we will typically ship out the item in 5-10 business days.

Once your order is placed. Orders placed after 11:00 AM (PST) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00 AM (PST). During peak periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

We provide on-line training and certification for each machine.Online formal training is a live virtual session between the Instructor and trainee.This session is a comprehensive review of the machine and its’ use.After training, an (optional) exam will be provided and graded upon proven equivalency a certificate will be awarded in recognition of the training.Training will be available shortly after delivery.This is provided at no extra cost.

The pre-set software is user friendly.Pre-sets eliminate the room for error and are set accordingly to maximize efficacy and safety.French and Spanish language software are available.
