Great warranty. Had an issue after our last thunder storm. Power surges are not covered by warranty. Everyone…unplug the machine in advance of lighting storms. S*** Happens! Biolaser replaced the power supply. Wow! good on them and thank you. I had to pay for the shipping though. Still not bad! Fast after sale customer care. Bought a second machine because of the service, quality and price.

Purchased this and glad I did. Good machinery, heavy duty and more than what I expected for the price. This is truly commercial grade powerful machine. My clients have good results, and I am confident with this treatment, it is truly IPL and delivers what it should.

The cooling tip is good. This machine works and is quick. My customers are getting the right results. I appreciate how fast I can laser the full legs. The sweeping sliding motion is awesome- a few sweeps and that area is done! I will be able to book more appointments in a day because the machine is so efficient and effective.

It is fast and it is painless. But not as portable as I thought. The machine is small but little heavy for me My model is the 2018 model. I bought it refurbished. No bad, pretty good.

I had and issue with my handpiece 2 months after the warranty expired, biolaser replaced it for free, no questions asked, No issues since! Thank you Thank you

Tattoo removal is complicated size, pigments used, skin color and type all affect the outcome and number of treatments needed. This is a true Qs-switched technology – the training provided was very necessary and important to avoid injury and scarring.

Some pigments are hard to remove, this tattoo removal system is awesome for it, effective and good to work with.

I love my hair removal Coolmax pro so far. Use it all day everyday. I was worry about the duty cycle, My Lumenis started to stall between clients and sometimes during treatments. I Had to wait 20 minutes sometimes. It was almost the same price to finance Biolaser then to repair my Lumenis. The jury is still out about long term usage. But so far so good. I would recommend with caution. Let’s see how Biolaser follows through when things go sideways.

The frozen tip is truly a frozen tip. The handpiece is completely painless most of the time. Although sometimes I can my patients feel a little warmth, on areas of the body like cheek bones or chin bones, I would say that it is still painless but not pain-free. I was expecting to not feel anything. Works on med-dark to dark skin very well.

Excellent training better then my laser school. Surprisingly, I learned so much. All BLA machines are easy to use. However, the training is a little overbearing.
